Terms of service

 

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of the food delivery services provided by Fettuccines ("Service") as well as any related software, mobile applications, or websites (collectively, "Platform"). By using the Service or Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service or Platform.

  1. Use of the Service. The Service allows you to place food delivery orders from our store and have those orders delivered to you. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.
  2. Account Registration and Security To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activity on your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
  3. Orders and Payment You may place orders through the Service for delivery by a third-party delivery driver. You agree to pay for all orders placed using your account, including taxes, fees, and delivery charges. We reserve the right to change pricing and availability at any time.
  4. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control. Delivery drivers may be independent contractors and not employees of Fettuccines. You agree to comply with any delivery instructions or restrictions provided by us or the delivery driver.
  5. Intellectual Property The Platform and all content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned or licensed by Fettuccines. You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.
  6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.
  7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability THE SERVICE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PLATFORM.
  8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
  9. Amendments We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our Platform. : Your continued use of the Service or Platform after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
  10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and [Company Name] regarding the Service and Platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
